The 2025 Rare and Minor Metals Industry Conference Successfully Concludes

On September 23, 2025, the “2025 Rare and Minor Metals Industry Conference,” hosted by Wuxi Zhonglian E-Commerce Co., Ltd. and jointly organized by Puyang Zhonglian E-Commerce Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Zhongma Zhonglian Cross-Border E-Commerce Co., Ltd., officially opened in Linwu, Chenzhou, Hunan.

The conference brought together more than 400 experts, scholars, industry leaders, and representatives from enterprises across China, including producers, traders, and research institutions in the rare and minor metals sector.

Chenzhou is rich in mineral resources and enjoys the reputation of being the “Hometown of Nonferrous Metals in China,” the “Capital of Microcrystalline Graphite in China,” and the “Silver Capital of China.” A total of 112 types of minerals have been discovered here, among which the reserves of lead, zinc, tin, and fluorite rank among the top in the world.

In 2024, the total output value of nonferrous metal enterprises above designated size in the city exceeded 100 billion yuan. Gold, silver, indium, antimony, and other rare and minor metals are strategic metal products in which China holds a competitive advantage. They play an irreplaceable role in cutting-edge fields such as photovoltaics, healthcare, semiconductors, and environmental protection.

Especially in the context of deep global integration, they shoulder the important mission of safeguarding the security of industrial and supply chains and promoting technological self-reliance and strength.

For this reason, the conference invited seven heavyweight guests to deliver in-depth analyses and explore market prospects on current hot topics.
